Make an Appointment
Healing Hands Ministries serves medically disadvantaged residents of Dallas County. We now accept Medicare and Medicaid. We also offer transportation for any appointment offered through our office. A potential patient must be enrolled before an appointment can be made. The enrollment office is closed from 12 noon until 1:00 pm each day.
HHM – Greenville Medical Clinic hours:
M-W-F: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
T-Th: 8:00 am to 7 pm
Greenville Dental Clinic hours:
M-F: 7 am to 6 pm
HHM – Vickery clinic hours:
M-F: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Bring the following documents to the clinic Monday-Friday from 9 am – noon, or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (enrollment office closed 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch):
- Proof of residency (the most recent utility bill other than phone or a valid lease with patient’s name). If the bill/lease is in another name, the document must be accompanied by a short letter stating the patient lives at that address. The letter must be signed, dated and include a phone number.
- Valid photo ID
- Most recent pay stub of everyone in the household who works plus any other type of income, such as Food Stamps, child support, disability, Social Security, etc.
- Certified Disability letter, Section 8 Housing documentation and/or Food Stamp letter
- Completed enrollment forms. Pick up forms at our clinic, or download, print and complete here.
